The lambs are doing well! I'm currently waiting for Rose and Bar to lamb. I am really looking forward to their lambs in particular. Little Country Acres and Underhill Farm have quality aniamals and these two are no exception! Rose has a bigger bag then Bar's, but Bar is fatter than Rose. I don't have a clue as to who will lamb first! When lambs and kid goats come along, it's habit to pick a favorite. This year is difficult. I love Black Beauty (ewe from Davina) but she's not quite to my standard as far as fleeces go. I'm waiting to see how she matures before I rule her out. Beauty's a little sweet heart. When you go to the gate, she will run up to you and expect a scratch on the chin. My favorites as far as fleeces go are the two lambs from Alberta, Winn-Dixie and the ram lamb.
